Электронная оже-спектроскопия (ЭОС)
Метод, основанный на анализе электронов определенного вида, называемых оже-электронами, которые возбуждаются при облучении поверхности образца электронным или световым пучком.
Оже-электроны возбуждаются в результате ионизации внутренних электронных оболочек атомов. Падающий электрон (или фотон), обладающий достаточной энергией, способен выбить электрон с К-оболочки атома облучаемого вещества. При обратном переходе электронов с уровня L1 на свободный уровень К высвобождается энергия, возбуждающая оже-электрон с уровня L2,3.
